Paraprofessional A Song Singing Simile Bringing Child Chasing Rockstar Shirt
Paraprofessional A Song Singing Simile Bringing Child Chasing Rockstar Shirt! It has been another excellent week here at the Hull Public Schools! Fortunately, Tropical Storm Jose had very little impact on our area, even though I think there were a few disappointed students who were hoping for a Hurricane Day! This week I spent time with our youngest students. I have spent the last 20 years working with high school students, so I have been really interested in seeing what it is like in pre-kindergarten and kindergarten classrooms. The first thing that I noticed is that everything is so little!

The second thing I noticed is that the classrooms are just bursting with color from all the displays and student work decorating the walls. Most importantly, however, it was so easy for me to see that the teachers and paraprofessionals working with our youngest students are incredibly patient, creative and caring individuals. There are three pre-kindergarten classrooms at the Jacobs School. Most of these students attend half-days classes but there are a few who attend for the full day.

When I went into Mrs. Donohue’s classroom, there were two little boys napping on mats. Mrs. Donohue told me that they were full-day students and were just exhausted from a busy morning. The rest of the students were playing together using all sorts of different toys. The Paraprofessional A Song Singing Simile Bringing Child Chasing Rockstar Shirt! In Mrs. Raimondi’s classroom, some students were practicing writing the letter F, some students were playing Letter Bingo with paraprofessional Ms. Fahey, while the others were creating people using clay and Mr. Potatohead pieces. The students in Mrs. Perniola’s classroom were playing with blocks, toys and legos until Mrs. Perniola started playing Can’t Fight the Feeling.
