Most are though, which makes it hard for those of us want something real, who don’t care about our social media accounts and want to connect on a deeper level. You’re right our generation isn’t all like this, but unfortunately the majority are. I noticed one thing that social media has done is show how people always choose to see the negative in things. This was a simple message to understand. Most people are like what this post is about and it is true. He probably used me because it sounded a lot better than him saying the majority of us or whatever he could replace.

It is pure trash. I am a grown, adult woman who happens to have been single in these past few year and counting. I gave online dating a shot for almost six months, stopped and tried again. It was garbage, the lies of what kind of person they are, some older/not looking like their profile, AND most just wanting a thrill for the moment. Well, I’m done with that. I do not have time to waste. There’s so much to do in life and ways with which to fulfill my precious time. I know good guys exist but my experience has been dealing with men who don’t know what  I’m a smartass wife I have a freaking awesome husband shirt they want and not really being honest and sincere and respectful.

I’m 28 and I went through the same exact thing ma am. I deleted dating apps so many times. I’m at a point where I’m chilling and solely focusing on me. I’m tired.
