I was joined Ewan Doull and the girls, and we had such a laugh doing the 5 days of Fitmas challange and a 10 minute squat challange as well. It was tough but we did it together. It has been a tough two weeks of Merry Fitmas and a Happy New Year sweatshirt, and I got a steep reminder of my, why I do exercise most days, after not managing it after a few days I felt irritable, lethargic and just not myself.
