They were manufactured by the parent company (which is Czech) based on anticipated demand, with markings for the US market, their subsidiary in the US didn’t order them, so instead of shipping Harry Potter My Patronus is a unicorn shirt to the US, they were sold elsewhere without altering/removing the markings. Not clear on how it ended up categorized as politics instead of a business page.
